Hola! Welcome to El Lago del Bosque- Spanish Year Round Programs in Bemidji, Minnesota. This year we have already held two fabulous family programs, a stellar adult week, and have begun our Village Weekend programs for elementary, middle and high schools from around the United States.

This year the theme for Village Weekends is Discover Peru! The students will have the opportunity to meet staff from Peru, learn about Peruvian culture and have the opportunity to taste the authentic and famous cuisine from around the country.

We will be posting photos for everyone to see what’s happening “Up North” in El Lago del Bosque!

High Schoolers from Burnsville HS, Central HS, Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial, Maple River HS, Omaha Central HS, Plymouth HS, Sheboygan North HS and Washington HS came to El Lago del Bosque to explore Peru! They had a lot of fun!

We had a big party here at El Lago del Bosque last weekend: we danced, sang songs, played games, made friends and ate delicious food. The best thing was: everything was in Spanish!
